Founder, CEO
Peter founded Athena Software Group after spending almost two decades leading Technology and Security Operations for one of the nation’s leading Insurance Brokerage providers, serving some of the largest and most heavily regulated companies in the world. Before joining ABC, Peter held senior leadership and executive management roles at Aria Systems, Taleo, CoreCentive, and Portal Software, helping to design and build, and secure, the Cloud and SaaS software infrastructure that has become the de facto standard for application providers today.
Michelle Robson Worth
Founder, CMO
Michelle Robson Worth is a successful entrepreneur and advocate for women’s health, founding EmpowHER.com in 2008 and SkinSAFE in 2015, establishing tools and resources for women to take control of their health & wellness. In addition to her entrepreneurial activities, Michelle actively participates in philanthropy and advocacy for women’s health issues around the world and brings with her a wealth of experience in building successful platforms that drive social change.
John Graziadei, Esq
Chief Legal Officer
A graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law, John has been practicing in New York City and Italy for over twenty-five years. John has held senior leadership positions in both the private and public sectors, representing the City of New York in Federal Court Litigation as well as some of the best-known brands in the world from an IP perspective. He earned his Master’s in Intellectual Property Law at L’Università di Torino and served as General Counsel for a healthcare technology company where he practiced and managed the full spectrum of business law.
Parham Mohammadi
Chief Technology Officer
Parham Mohammadi, PhD received a PhD in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Lassonde School of Engineering at York University in Toronto. His research interests include machine learning, LLMs, quantum computing, systems architecture, and optimization problems. Prior to Athena, Parham served as a Researcher for Huawei in Toronto, spearheading MLOps and DevOps research from Cloud to Edge networks. Prior to Huawei, Parham worked on the design and development of large-scale AI and blockchain systems, as well as quantum computing algorithms, from lab prototype to production. While working as an Associate Researcher at Lagrange Labs, Parham engineered blockchain DevOps workflows for high-throughput smart-contract platforms. Parham lives in Toronto and enjoys building complex software in collaborative teams. and joined Athena as their CTO as of June of 2025 and looks forward to working with the rest of the Athena team to drive innovation and customer success in Cyber Defense Solutions.
Dr. Ionut Cardei
Chief Scientist
Dr. Ionut Cardei is a distinguished Professor and researcher in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at Florida Atlantic University (FAU) and has published meaningful research in the area of wireless networking, graph theory, resource management and fault tolerant systems. Before joining FAU, Dr. Cardei was a Senior Research Scientist at Honeywell Labs in Minneapolis working with NASA and the FAA on dynamic policy management systems and aeronautical wireless networks and is currently the leader of the Athena Cyber Security lab at FAU in their Boca Raton Campus.

David Camp
Board Member
David comes to Athena with a wealth of experience both as an entrepreneur and startup specialist, as well as spearheading the brand & marketing strategies for some of the world’s leading technology companies. He currently serves as the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Metaforce, one of the leading Strategic Brand Consulting firms in the US and prior to this held executive positions at BlackBerry, Amazon Wireless and Microsoft. Dave has deep experience and a strong track record as a technology marketer, entrepreneur, business builder and thought leader in complex, competitive, consumer and B2B markets as well as a successful record as an outside consultant to businesses. Dave currently resides in Seattle, WA with his wife and has two grown daughters. He joined Athena’s board in April of 2025.
Stephen A. Lundin

Steve has a long history of success building financial services teams across many of the most well-known and successful firms in the world, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional results in complex international and domestic environments. A global leader with extensive success in high-profile P&C, Benefits, Life, and Retirement distribution organizations, known for connecting strategy to execution, inspiring teams to achieve corporate objectives, and catalyzing positive change. Steve brings strong experience in building and strengthening organizational capability, building and strengthening sales pipelines, and driving growth through data-driven business planning, collaborative teamwork, performance management, and team building. Steve joined Athena’s board in May of 2025 and currently resides in Providence, RI, with his wife and two boys. He looks forward to contributing to the growth of Athena along with the rest of the Athena team.
Catherine Frey
Board Member
Catherine brings a wealth of experience in Financial Services, Information Technology, Startups & Venture Capital, and Corporate Board Director experience to Athena. She has over 35 years of experience in Venture Capital, Private Equity, and Investment Banking, and startup technology and software, with particular emphasis on Financial Services and Insurance technology. Over a multidisciplinary career, Catherine has demonstrated a track record of excellence and success accessing the private and public markets to source investment opportunities and partner with companies and capital providers to drive shareholder value. Catherine has repeatedly collaborated with founders and their management teams during periods of pivotal transition, redefining operating models, cultivating strategic partnerships, and steering capital to scale and drive profitability. Catherine currently resides in New Jersey, has two daughters, joining Athena’s board in May of 2025.
